Returning Items By Mail ( for all items returned)
Include all original packing materials, manuals and accessories as well as item you are returning.
Include the return label enclosed with your order (if purchased online and you received a email confirmation please print and ship this, and indicate your reason for the return.
Use the original shipping carton and packing materials, if possible.
* A restocking fee will be charged where applicable (shipping and handling is not included)
